The Role
What You'll Do Each Day
As a CALM Waters lifeguard, you represent our standard of professionalism at every property you serve.
- Ensure swimmer safety and enforce pool rules with confidence and consistency
- Monitor pool activity vigilantly and maintain a safe environment at all times
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies when needed
- Represent CALM Waters as a professional, approachable, and reliable presence
- Communicate clearly with residents and property management teams
- Document incidents and shift activity accurately as required

Required Qualifications
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED & First Aid certification
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated reliability and professional attitude
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
